We do not ‘push’ expensive newspaper advertising (just to promote our Brand!). Cedar Recruitment does not try to “push” expensive Print Advertising onto its Clients as the “best” way to attract quality Candidates. In fact, the majority of our placements are made using inexpensive, but highly effective, Internet advertising (which we pay for) and our existing Candidate Database and Referral Network(s).
If a Client chooses to utilise Print Advertising as part of their Recruitment Campaign, we take responsibility for organising and managing all aspects of any advertising that the Client authorises, and pass on any and all special “Industry” advertising rates where appropriate.
